| If I place an order on your website, when will the order be dispatched? | Your order will typically be dispatched on the same business day that your order is placed. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 days we will contact you to advise you of this. |
| How will my web order be sent to me? | Orders placed on our web store will be sent to you by Australia Post. Depending on the value of the order it will be dispatched by Express Post or Standard Post. |

| Are shipping costs always applied to my web order? | Shipping costs are applied to all web orders with a value less than $1,000. There are no shipping costs if your order exceeds $1,000. |
| What brand of nozzles do you sell? | We sell TeeJet, Lechler, Albuz, Hypro and Wilger nozzles. We can supply other nozzles by special order. |
| Do you sell TeeJet nozzles? | Yes, we sell TeeJet nozzles of many different types. These include Turbo TeeJet, AIXR, AI, AIC, TTI Single and TwinJet, XR, TP VisiFlo, DG, AI3070, FloodJet, FL Full Cone, TXA Hollow Cone, Off Centre, Boomless, Even FlatFan and Banding Nozzles. |
| Do you sell Lechler nozzles? | Yes, we sell Lechler nozzles of many different types. These include IDK, ID, IDTA, AD, LU, IDKS, IDKT, IS, TR, ITR and FT nozzles. These are flat fan, hollow cone, air induction, wide angle and narrow angle nozzles. They are used in broadacre and horticultural applications. |
| Do you test and repair spray rate controllers? | Yes, we test and repair many spray rate controllers. The spray rate controllers are made by Farmscan, Topcon, Arag, TeeJet, Hardi, GeoSystems, Raven and Hexagon. |
| What do you test in spray rate controllers? | We test spray rate control functions such as ground speed measurement, flow rate measurement, liquid pressure measurement, accumulated area and tank level remaining. We test the output to Section Valves, Main or Dump Valves and Flow Regulation Valves. Tests are carried out on load to ensure that the controller will operate correctly in the field. |
