| What are your opening hours? | We are open from 8.30am to 5.00pm weekdays. We are not open on weekends or public holidays. If you wish to book an appointment, please call us on (08) 8262 9676. |
| If I place an order on your website, when will the order be dispatched? | Your order will typically be dispatched on the same business day that your order is placed. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 days we will contact you to advise you of this. |
| How will my web order be sent to me? | Orders placed on our web store will be sent to you by Australia Post. Depending on the value of the order it will be dispatched by Express Post or Standard Post. |

| Are shipping costs always applied to my web order? | Shipping costs are applied to all web orders with a value less than $1,000. There are no shipping costs if your order exceeds $1,000. |
